RoHS and REACH Compliance

hereby certifies to the best of our knowledge based on the producing mill’s test reports or other
certification of compliance that our standard products are RoHS 3 compliant and do not exceed
the designated levels of Lead, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Mercury, Polybrominated
Biphenyls, Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers, Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate, Benzyl butyl phthalate,
Dibutyl phthalate or Diisobutyl phthalate legislated under the provisions of the European
Parliament and Council Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances
in Electrical and Electronic Equipment ((EU) 2015/863) and regulations promulgated thereunder,
collectively, the “RoHS Regulations.”. This document also certifies to the best of our knowledge
based on the producing mill’s test reports or other certification of compliance that none of our
standard products are subject to the European Union’s regulation No. 1907/2006/EC concerning
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Therefore, our
products comply with the guidelines stated in this directive, which contains 201 substances as of
July 16, 2019. Please refer to the following link for the most current candidate list of substances:

during production is given a special shape, surface or design which determines its function to a
greater degree than does its chemical composition (e.g. cold rolled coil, pipe, tubes and tube
fittings, etc,). Articles are not governed by REACH and do not require registration. If you have
